BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION
Telephone or write asking availability of selected properties. A provisional booking can then be arranged.
Complete the Reservation Form and return it to us with a NON RETURNABLE deposit of 20% of the total rent for the whole amount, together with a DAMAGE DEPOSIT of £65 on a SEPARATE CHEQUE. This money will be refunded to you following a satisfactory inspection after your stay.

WITHOUT THIS FORM WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT A BOOKING

We do ask our clients to maintain their properties to a reasonable standard, but please note that each property does vary.

RENT
a.Rent is specified for the individual properties.
BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL FOUR WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL.
NO INVOICES OR REMINDERS WILL BE SENT

DATES AND TIMES
All lettings run from 2.30 p.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise stated.
b.Our office will be open on Saturday morning between 9.00 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. in the season (June/July/August). From the 1st September the office will be open from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 pm. Tenants are particularly asked to call and collect the keys between these times. If this is impossible perhaps a friend or agent could collect the keys on your behalf. If this is also impossible please advise us well in advance and we will then endeavour to make special arrangements.

SERVICES
a.GAS AND ELECTRICITY. At most properties, gas and electricity is payable over and above the rent in the winter months i.e. October - April. Meters are read at entry and exit. Some properties require services to be paid all year round.

LINEN AND TOWELS
aThe Tenant is to provide sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels.

PETS
Pets are allowed only where shown in the individual holiday home particulars. When you make your booking you must inform us that you are bringing a dog and record this fact in the appropriate place on the contract.

CLEANING
a.The owners try to have their properties checked between tenants, but this is not always possible in the main season. PLEASE THEREFORE LEAVE THE PROPERTY CLEAN AND TIDY, as you would expect to find it.

UPON LEAVING

PLEASE BE OUT OF THE PROPERTY PROMPTLY BY 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
On leaving please:

Make sure that you have taken all your belongings. Collection and recovery of items left behind may incur a charge in addition to postage No guarantee can be made that these items can be dispatched within a specified time. We cannot hold ourselves responsible for any items left behind.

Our cleaning ladies start work at 10 a.m. They may have several properties to clean and must be allowed to start work promptly.

Return all keys to us. If the office is closed post keys through the letter box. PLEASE DO NOT PASS THEM ON TO INCOMING TENANTS.

d.If breakages or faults in electricity, water or gas appliances/supplies occur this must be reported to the Agents office IMMEDIATELY. Please do not attempt to take any action independently.

eMake sure that ALL THE FURNITURE is replaced in the original position and the cupboards are as you found them.

DESCRIPTION

Tuohy and Son are letting agents and own none of the properties shown in this brochure. They have checked with the owners and have inspected the holiday homes on their register. However they cannot accept responsibility for any changes of which they have not been notified. All information within this brochure is believed correct and given in good faith. No warranties are given by Tuohy and Son as Agents or otherwise regarding information provided, either written or oral.

CANCELLED BOOKING

In the event of the Hirer becoming unable to occupy the property and notifying Tuohy and Son accordingly, in writing, the Agents will try to obtain an alternative booking. If they are successful then any monies already paid will be returned, with the exception of an administrative fee of £20 + VAT. If however the property remains unoccupied then the FULL HIRE FEE is payable. Hirers are advised to insure against this eventuality.
